NATIONAL BIRD DAY? Who Knew?

The Animal Protection Institute (API) in coordination with the Avian Welfare Coalition (AWC) is calling on activists around the U.S. to take action on behalf of captive birds by drawing attention to the exploitation of other countries' native birds by the U.S. pet industry on January 5 — National Bird Day.

This week is going very well! It has been 3 days since his last round of chemo, and no intolerable side effects. He was feeling well enough to go into work today. If he's feeling as well tomorrow, he'll most likely be taking the late service on Sunday. YAY!

Not much else to report, or too brain fogged to come up with anything. Hope you all are winding up your 12 Days of Christmas, and plan to join us tomorrow evening for the annual feast of all Pyromaniacs, as we plan to burn the ole Christmas trees in the church parking lot.
